In an initial discussion, our goal is to understand the scope and timeline (what you need), and the available data (what we need). In order to estimate fees for your project, we can discuss available data or sign an NDA and review data in advance. Data in a readily useable electronic format like Excel or Access tends to decrease fees. Once we understand the scope, timeline and data, we will send you a proposal. Most of our projects are for a fixed fee, which we base on the expectation of a long-term relationship between our companies. This saves you the cost of our initial setup and gives you the comfort of predictable costs.
